This is a stereo image rendered in Carrara. the FlyerTug vehicle featuers in this image was created for a blender Game Engine Game called "Smooth flying" - more information and the link to download can be found on the "Models and Games" page of my website.
The background was originally a freebee from DAZ included in a 3DArtist magazine I picked up a while ago. I subsequently altered it a bit.
To look at this image in stereo, copy it to your hard drive, and then use a good viewing programme such as XnView or GWenview to zoom out until the images are about eye width. Then if you stare at the image (or more to the point stare through the image) you will be able see three images side by side. the middle one will be in 3D.
Those people who ascribe to the cross-eye technique for viewing these things will need to transpose the two images in an image editing package otherwise things will look a bit weird.
