This mask was just one of those project where I thought "I'd like to make a face" and it looked pretty good and so it was worth finishing. This was the final result.

It is not a sculpture of anyone in particular. Doing a fictional face is easy - doing a specific face is really hard.

As usual the finish is an iron and burnt umber oxide mix buffed back to reveal the clay.
